Denny Triangle Seattle Real Estate
Denny Triangle is a neighborhood of Seattle that is often mistaken for being part of Belltown or Downtown. Denny Triangle is located where 6th Avenue and Denny Way meet and then run east to Interstate 5.
This area is nearly all commercial and apartments. However, this is all changing. The newest addition to this neighborhood is the “2200”. These condos are beautiful and sold out very quickly. What is really great is the location of Whole Foods at the base of the building. Whole Foods is a great place to shop and even grab a quick bite to eat.
There are many great qualities about Denny Triangle Seattle. Besides Whole Foods, there are two gyms to work out in (24 Hour Fitness and Zum). There is quick accessibility to restaurants and shopping in South Lake Union, Belltown, and Dowtown. Denny Triangle also offers nice balance of being in a very dense part of Seattle along with not having building towering over you in other parts.
The whole area is still going through a growth phase and when it’s done will look great.
